I.          Welcome/Introductions

            Members were welcomed and thanked for their attendance; introductions were made.

II.        Agenda Adjustments

None

III.       Approval of Minutes from 1-27-03

            Motion was made by Mr. Bleakley to accept the minutes as written.  Motion was seconded by Mr. Eads.

IV.       Report on Progress of the Evaluations Sub-Committee

·         Ms. Szymkowiak reported that Ms. Klumper will be scheduling meetings in the first couple of weeks in March.  Will be attending CFAC meeting as well as bring some providers to the table.

·         Will bring citizen’s monitoring piece into the evaluation.

V.         Continued Discussion/Assignments on Service Management

·         There was extensive discussion on this topic and members will take the Service Management Section and read to determine what areas they have particular strength or interest in working on.

·         Will continue discussion on this topic at next meeting.

VI.       Next Steps

Work on Service Management section.

             Meeting adjourned with the next meeting scheduled for Monday, February 17, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. and every Monday thereafter.
