I. Welcome
Terry welcomed everyone for taking an interest in the
committee and for agreeing to attend and work.
II. Announcements
None
III. Agenda Adjustments
- Add
approval of minutes from 9-04-02 meeting.

Debbie
requested a correction to Lena Klumper’s name on the second
page. Minutes were
approved with the noted change

Members
were informed that minutes to all LME meetings can be accessed
through the Center’s website and the web address was given.
IV. Service Monitoring and Oversight
Grid
- Terry
requested that members continue to check with their peers to
see what format they utilize to collect data.
- Need
to assess what we have now.
- Terry
encouraged members to go to the State’s website to view
the plan, particularly the Service Monitoring Section.
- Terry
informed members that if they have any questions, they can
always call him at 323-0601, ext. 4503.
V. Task/Objectives to be
Completed
- Will
look at information that Ms. Klumper brings in.
- Terry
requested that providers map back their policies and
procedures as well as their methods for collecting data back
to the grid.

next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2002 at
3:30 p.m. in the Area Board Room.
