 The Cumberland County Mental Health Center is committed to assuring high quality comprehensive services to children and adults with Mental Illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse problems.

 Services are rendered in a culturally sensitive manner and are designed to empower persons toward becoming independent in the community and to maximize their quality of life.

 It is the policy of Cumberland Center Mental Health Center that all information acquired in the course of treating or attending a client of the Area Program and its contract agencies shall be held confidential and shall not be released and/or disclosed except as allowed by law or with written permission of the client, the client’s legal guardian or legally responsible person.
