The Cumberland County Mental Health Center is a community
service organization. Our staff is eager to share knowledge and expertise with
area organizations, schools, churches, and the news media.

The Consultation and Education (C&E) Program offers community based
prevention education services to Cumberland County residents.

The C&E mission is to provide quality services to the public and
private sectors of our community in the areas of substance abuse prevention,
education, intervention, wellness, and mental health.
