From Durham: I-40 East to I-95 South to exit #56 (Fayetteville, Fort Bragg & Pope Air Force Base) Follow Business 95/301 South approximately 4 to 5 miles to first traffic light (also known as Eastern Boulevard when you get closer into town).  Make a right turn at light onto Grove Street.  Follow Grove to end (changes name to Rowan Street at Green Street/Ramsey Street intersection).  At end of road, turn left onto Bragg Boulevard.  At the second light, turn right onto Hay Street.  At next traffic light, turn left onto Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center Parking lot.  Mental Health Center is at corner of Hay Street and Bradford Avenue.

OR: -  NC 55 South (East) to Fuquay Varina to 401 South through Lillington to Fayetteville.  In Fayetteville, 401 becomes Ramsey Street.  Continue on Ramsey Street and pass Methodist College and VA Center (both located on the left hand side of the road).  A mile or so passed the VA Center, take a right onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway (Hwy 87 S)  DSS building is on the right just before right turn onto Freeway. Take second exit (Hay Street) and turn left onto Hay Street.  Get into right lane and go to second traffic light.  Turn right on Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center parking lot. Mental Health Center is at corner of Hay Street and Bradford Avenue.

From Chapel Hill: 15/501 South to Sanford.  Exit onto 421 East through Sanford.  Take 87 South to Spring Lake.  This will eventually put you on Bragg Blvd coming out of Spring Lake through Ft. Bragg and into Fayetteville.  At Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway (Hwy 87 S) turn right and take next exit (Hay Street).  Turn left onto Hay Street. Get into right lane and go to second traffic light.  Turn right on Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center parking lot. Mental Health Center is at corner of Hay Street and Bradford Avenue.

From High Point:  311 South to 220 South to 705 at Seagroves.  Left through Robbins, left onto 24/27 through Carthage & Cameron, follow 24 at Spout Springs to Spring Lake. This will eventually put you on Bragg Blvd coming out of Spring Lake through Ft. Bragg and into Fayetteville.  At Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway (Hwy 87 S) turn right and take next exit (Hay Street).  Turn left onto Hay Street. Get into right lane and go to second traffic light.  Turn right on Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center parking lot. Mental Health Center is at corner of Hay Street and Bradford Avenue.

From Wilmington: Hwy 87 to Fayetteville.  Once in Fayetteville, Hwy 87 becomes part of Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway.  Exit right at Hay Street Exit.  Take right onto Hay Street and at next corner, right turn onto Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center Parking lot.  The Mental Health Center is located on the corner of Bradford Avenue and Hay Street.

From New Bern: 17 South to Jacksonville.  From Jacksonville follow 24 West through Beulaville, Kenansville, Warsaw, Turkey, Clinton, Roseboro, Autryville, Stedman into Fayetteville.  After crossing Business 95/301/Eastem Blvd, 24 becomes Grove Street.  Continue to follow Grove Street (name changes to Rowan Street at Green Street/Ramsey Street intersection).  At end of road, turn left onto Bragg Boulevard.  At the second light, turn right onto Hay Street.  At next traffic light, turn left onto Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center Parking lot.  Mental Health Center is at corner of Hay Street and Bradford Avenue.

From Lumberton: I-95 North to Exit #46 (Highway 87N).  Go towards Fayetteville and exit at Hay Street.  Turn right onto Hay Street.  Turn right at next corner onto Bradford Avenue and make an Immediate left turn into Mental Health Center Parking lot.  The Mental Health Center is located on the corner of Bradford Avenue and Hay Street.

From Laurinburg: 401 North (becomes Raeford Road in Fayetteville).  Turn right onto Robeson Street (401N Business) and go through three more stop lights.  After the 3^rd light, get into left hand turn lane and take Hwy 87 North/401N Business.  Take next exit, (Hay Street).  Turn right onto Hay Street.  Turn right at next corner onto Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center Parking lot. Mental Health Center is at corner of Hay Street and Bradford Avenue.

From Charlotte & Rockingham: US 74 East to I-95 North to Fayetteville and take Exit #46 (Highway 87 N).  Go towards Fayetteville and exit at Hay Street.  Turn right onto Hay Street.  Turn right at next corner onto Bradford Avenue and make an immediate left turn into Mental Health Center parking lot.  The Mental Health Center is located on the corner of Bradford Avenue and Hay Street.
